诊断研究组

()本组简介

本研究小组主要负责人为葛胜祥教授,现有教师3名,在读博士生11名,在读研究生13名,技术员5名,是一支富有创新性和的凝聚力的学术团队。本研究小组的主要研究方向为体外诊断技术平台与诊断产品研究,旨在提高重大传染病、肿瘤、心血管疾病等重大慢性疾病的体外诊断水平,此外,在传染病流行病学、基因工程疫苗等方面也有一定的研究。涉及生物学、基础医学、临床医学、公共卫生、化学、物理机电和软件等多个学科领域。

课题组现已承担863、传染病重大专项等数10项课题,科研经费总额逾5000万。在体外诊断平台建设方面,为满足大型医院随到随检和自动化的需求,本小组与仪器组、厦门万泰等合作共同建立了管式化学发光平台、荧光免疫层析平台和cPCR平台。其中,自主研制的全自动管式化学发光免疫分析仪Caris200在检测通量、试剂位、检测范围等主要性能参数上均达到或接近罗氏、雅培等国际主流公司同类产品水平,目前已经获得医疗器械证书。在诊断试剂研究方面,研制的42个诊断试剂盒均已实现产业化,在国内外上市销售额累计超过10亿元,其中戊型肝炎系列诊断试剂和艾滋病毒系列诊断试剂达到国际领先和国际先进水平。丙型肝炎诊断试剂盒,市场占有率为27.9%。研发成功国内首个结核γ干扰素释放实验诊断试剂盒,全球唯一的丙型肝炎病毒确证试剂及国内销量最好的轮状病毒诊断试剂。近年来,开发化学发光试剂包括传染病类、肿瘤以及心脑血管等共90余项,其中48项已获得注册证书、42项处于注册申报阶段。此外,在CMV、手足口病、结核感染等流行病学及重组轮状病毒疫苗的研究中也取得一定进展。

本研究小组近年来获得国家科技进步二等奖和国家科技发明二等奖各一次,在国内外学术刊物上正式发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI级研究论文30余篇;申请发明专利30余项;获得CFDA 注册证42项、CE 认证6项,台湾卫生署许可证1项。
